During my coaching sessions, I use a combination of visualization, meditation, affirmations, self-love assessments, heart art, journaling, and other tools for identifying and overcoming my clients' obstacles. I create an inclusive, safe, and comforting environment for clients to feel seen, heard, and validated.

I offer customized and transformational experiences to female Millennials and Gen Z individuals. My group sessions and circles give individuals the power to align with their authentic selves and connect with others to support each other's emotional well-being. Moreover, my coaching sessions go beyond just coaching; I provide the highest standard of care and attention, so my clients can achieve their desired emotional growth.
